The online course content consists of 4 modules (5-6 hours duration), offering up-to-date information about Food Safety & Quality terminology, techniques for identifying, mitigating, and preventing hazards, and guidance on developing and implementing a HACCP plan. After you complete the course, you can take the exam and test your knowledge obtained from the course: Food Safety and Quality in Manufacturing Processes. The tests consists of 60 multiple choice questions, it has a duration of 30 minutes and you need to score above 70% (42 correct answers) to pass. You have 3 attempts.
